On Thursday, December 5 and Friday, December 6, our office will not be able to access any patient records due to the installation of our new computer server.
Please keep this in mind if you will need a prescription refill or any medical history information during this time. If so, please contact our office before Wednesday, December 4, to get the information that you need or we will not be able to provide you with your request until Monday, December 9.
