Dr. Mary Lupo and her staff are pleased to welcome Dr. Katherine Zibilich Holcomb, board certified dermatologist, to the Lupo Center for Aesthetic and General Dermatology. Dr. Holcomb practices the full range of medical, surgical and aesthetic dermatology. She first worked with Dr. Lupo in 2008 during her preceptorship with the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
Dr. Holcomb diagnoses and treats patients with skin cancer, acne, eczema, pigmentation problems, scarring, psoriasis, warts and other skin conditions. Her skin rejuvenation treatments include procedures with Botox and Dysport, fillers, lasers and chemical peels.
Dr. Holcomb attended medical school and completed her internship at Tulane University School of Medicine and then concluded her dermatology training in New York City at Saint Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in 2008. After graduating from residency, she served four years on active duty with the U.S. Navy as a clinical professor and staff dermatologist. She fulfilled her service in the U.S. Navy in July 2012 caring for the Marine Corps at Camp Lejeune and received an honorable discharge. A native New Orleanian and valedictorian of her class at Dominican High School, Dr. Holcomb is excited to rejoin the New Orleans community.
